I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The family suite was spacious, and the friendly staff made the effort to help us feel comfortable. However, the food in the restaurant was extremely disappointing and the accommodations could use some updates. While the kids loved the aqua park, the dining options left a lot to be desired.

My stay at Charmillion Gardens Aquapark was an amazing experience overall! The staff, especially Mahmoud at the reception and Ahmed who helped my family, were incredibly helpful and created a warm environment. The buffet food had its moments, but I noticed some wasted portions, which could be improved by serving smaller sizes. While the beach and pool areas were enjoyable, the wave pool was under maintenance during my visit, which was a letdown. Overall, it felt like a home away from home for us.
