I found the staff helpful . The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. I particularly enjoyed the ease of access to multiple pools and slides. It was a perfect setup for families with kids.
The walk to the beach felt slightly longer than anticipated. Otherwise, everything else was great.

the hotel offered a fantastic variety of food. i especially liked the veal dishes prepared in different ways! the cleaning service was trustworthy. i thank marhous for the creative towel arrangements he made daily.
the rooms cleanliness wasn't consistent initially, though housekeeping addressed the issue promptly when i requested it.

The staff showed warmth and care, from the reception to the restaurant. Mr Sharaf, Miss Manar, Mr Ahmed, and Mr Salah greeted us with smiles. The environment felt okay all time. It was well kept for relaxation and fun. The hotel offers a large estate with many pools, bars, and restaurants to explore.. There are multiple access points available to reach the beach.
The rooms are old and seem to lack recent maintenance, showing issues that need attention.

An Okay Stay. Some Issues Noted

Our room was quite dated. The furniture showed wear, and the bathroom fixtures seemed old. I found the variety of food repetitive, especially at lunch. It lacked appealing options for our tastes. The music around the pool was loud. Getting to the beach required a long walk. the experience left something to be desired.
